These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between D-Stylz (“Platform”) and registered Partners (Tailors, Designers, Boutiques, Manufacturers) using the D-Stylz Partner App or Admin Panel. By registering or accepting orders through D-Stylz, you agree to the following terms.


1. Partner Role & Responsibility
D-Stylz acts solely as a technology, discovery, and order-management platform. Partners are independent service providers and not employees, agents, or representatives of D-Stylz.

Partners are solely responsible for:

  • Stitching quality

  • Design execution

  • Finishing

  • Packaging strictly as per platform guidelines

2. Order Acceptance
Orders assigned through D-Stylz must be:

  • Carefully reviewed before acceptance

  • Executed strictly as per provided details

Once an order is accepted, it must be completed within the agreed timeline and cannot be rejected without a valid reason and platform approval.

3. Measurements & Inputs
Measurements (manual or 3D/AR) are submitted by customers through the D-Stylz platform.

Partners must:

  • Stitch exactly as per received measurements

  • Follow the selected garment type and instructions

Partners are not responsible for fit issues caused by:

  • Incorrect customer-submitted measurements

  • Improper AR / 3D scans

  • Customer errors

4. No Returns / No Refunds
All D-Stylz orders are custom-made. There are:

  • No returns

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

Partners are not required to re-stitch or refund for size dissatisfaction, change of mind, or expectation mismatch.

5. Design Interpretation
Reference images are provided for inspiration only. Minor variations may occur due to fabric limitations, body structure, and stitching feasibility. Partners must maintain professional craftsmanship and best effort.

6. Quality Standards
Partners must ensure:

  • Neat finishing

  • Proper lining (if selected)

  • Strong seams

  • Clean, platform-approved packaging

Repeated quality issues may result in order suspension, reduced visibility, or temporary or permanent partner removal.

7. Timelines & Delays
Partners must follow delivery timelines agreed at order acceptance. In case of delays, D-Stylz must be informed immediately.

Repeated unexplained delays may affect ratings and future order allocation.

8. Pricing & Payments
Stitching charges, commissions, and platform fees are defined by D-Stylz. Payments are released after successful order completion and may be subject to applicable deductions.

D-Stylz may withhold payments in cases of:

  • Fraud

  • Non-delivery

  • Serious quality or policy violations

9. Identity, Branding & GST-Based Visibility

9.1 Default Anonymity Policy
By default, all partners operate under an anonymized identity. No direct contact or branding is shown to customers.

9.2 Registered Partner (GSTIN-Based Visibility)
A partner may be classified as a Registered Partner only if:

  • A valid GSTIN is submitted and verified

  • Legal business documents are approved

  • All platform branding and conduct rules are followed

What may be shown to customers:

  • Legal Business Name (as per GST records)

  • Status: Registered Partner

What will NOT be shown (even for Registered Partners):

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • WhatsApp or social media handles

  • Websites or external links

  • Physical shop address

  • Logos, watermarks, or brand names on images (unless approved)

Displayed names are informational only and must not be used as contact channels.

9.3 Platform Control Over Name Display
D-Stylz reserves the right to display, modify, format, or remove name visibility at its discretion. Any attempt to redirect customers off-platform is a serious violation.

9.4 Prohibited Actions (Applies to All Partners)
Partners must not:

  • Ask customers to search them online

  • Share contact details or social links

  • Include branding materials inside packages

  • Use logos or watermarks on images

  • Attempt post-order customer redirection

GST registration does not grant marketing or contact privileges.

9.5 Product Image & Content Policy
No logos, text, or brand identifiers are allowed on images. Platform watermarking may be applied. Violating content may be removed without notice.

9.6 Packaging & Invoices
Only platform-approved packaging is allowed.

Invoices may display:

  • Order ID

  • Platform name

  • GST breakup (if applicable)

Partner contact details are never shown.

9.7 Penalties for Misuse
Misuse of name visibility may lead to:

  • Immediate removal of name display

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent termination

  • Withholding of payouts during investigation

10. Platform Usage Restrictions
Partners must not:

  • Bypass D-Stylz for off-platform transactions

  • Share customer data externally

  • Misuse app data, images, or measurements

Violations may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

11. Ratings & Reviews
Partners agree that ratings reflect customer experience and may be used by D-Stylz to optimize order allocation.

12. Account Suspension / Termination
D-Stylz may suspend or terminate partner accounts for quality issues, delays, policy violations, fraud, or misuse.

Partners may request account closure with prior notice, subject to settlement of obligations.

13. Limitation of Liability
D-Stylz is not liable for partner production costs, business losses, or disputes arising from customer-provided inputs.

14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
